Extension beyond 62 years to Scientists
The Government has referred to the DOPT instructions 26012/6/2002 Estt (A) dated 09.12.2002 wherein the procedure for extension of service to scientists for a period of 2 years beyond 60 years. The DOPT has laid down the revised procedure for extension of service beyond 62 years in deserving cases, subject to fulfillment of conditions.
