OFFICE ORDER

As per the communication from the Rabindranath Tagore Institute of Cardiac Sciences (a unit of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd) vide their letter No. RTIICS/CGHS/23-24 dated 26″ September 2023 conveying their unwillingness for renewal of the MoA, Rabindranath Tagore Institute of Cardiac Sciences (a unit of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd) at 124, Eastern Metropolitan Bypass , Premises No: 1489, Mukundapur Kolkata, West Bengal – 700099, is hereby de-empanelled and removed from the list of empanelled HCOs under CGHS Kolkata with immediate effect.
