Incentive Allowance as per 10th Pay Commission for Armored Head Constable, Armored Police Constable and Scout Allowance to Teachers of Telangana State Government employees
Government of Telangana has issued GO on Special Pays and Allowances for Armored Head Constable, Armored Police Constable and Scout Allowance to Teachers. The GO is reproduced below

Read the following:
1. G.O.Ms.No.133, Finance (TA) Department, dated: 04-04.2010.
2. G.O.Ms.No.25, Finance (HRM.IV) Department, dated: 18.03.2015.

ORDER:
Based on the recommendations of Ninth Pay Revision Commission, 2009 orders were issued in the Government order order first read above, sanctioning Incentive Allowance @ 75/-per month to the Armored Police Constable and at Rs.100/- per month to the Armored Head Constable of the Police Department, and enhancing the Scout Allowance from Rs.50/- p.m. to Rs.75/- p.m. to the teachers in Government Secondary Schools, Government Training Schools who are fully qualified as Scout Masters and ACC Officers provided they are actually running at least a patrol of 24 Scouts and Guides and ACC Officer has to raise a minimum number of 50 cadets as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.46, Finance, dt.6-2-1980.
2. Based on the recommendations of Tenth Pay Revision Commission, orders were issued in the Government order second read above, implementing the Revised Pay Scales, 2015 to the State Government Employees.
3. Among others, the Tenth Pay Revision Commission recommended to increase the Incentive Allowance to Rs.125/- per month to the Armored Head Constable and to Rs.100/- per month to the Armored Police Constable in Police Department and Scout Allowance of Rs.100/- p.m. to the teachers in Government Secondary Schools and Government Training Schools who are fully qualified as Scout Masters and ACC Officers.
4. Government accepted the above recommendation and hereby order to increase the Incentive Allowance to Rs.125/- per month to the Armored Head Constable and to Rs.100/- per month to the Armored Police Constable working in Police Department and Scout Allowance of Rs.100/- p.m. to the teachers in Government Secondary Schools, Government Training Schools who are fully qualified as Scout Masters and ACC Officers provided they are actually running at least a patrol of 24 Scouts and Guides and ACC Officer has to raise a minimum number of 50 cadets as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.46, Finance, dt.6-2-1980.
5. These orders shall come into force with effect from 01.05.2015.
6. Necessary amendments to the Manual of Special Pays and Allowances shall be issued in due course.
