Subject: Color coding for sanctions related to various types of transactions in the e-Bill functionality of PFMS-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject above and state that color coding has been provided in PFMS for specific types of e-sanction at the level of all types of Treasury users viz. Sanction Maker, Sanction Checker, Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Dealing Hand, AAO and PAO. The color coding is available under e-Sanction>Manage e-Sanction page to facilitate users to identify the particular types of sanctions/bills. Four colors are given to different types of e-sanctions as under:-
| S.No. | Type of Sanction | Color indication |
| 1 | GeM | Orange |
| 2 | IAAA | Light Blue |
| 3 | ROSL/GST refund | Violet |
| 4 | SNA-SPARSH | Light Green |
It is requested that the above feature may be brought to the knowledge of all users of offices under your control so that they can make use of the same.
This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
