Correction Slip No. 35

Subject: Amendment in Civil Accounts Manual Revised Second Edition-2007 Volume-I & II (Reprinted in 2012)

Existing reference of CAM Amendments
Para 4.11.1 (xii), 4.11.2, 4.11.2 (iii) and 4.11.8 The words “Fly Leaf of Payment Register”, may be replaced with the words, namely “Non-Computational Allowance Payment Register”.
The following note below para 4.11.1 (xi) may be inserted; namely,

Note: The system should flag each new entry in pay bill generated through EIS module of PFMS. CAM -23 report generated in EIS would help PAO to cross check the date being maintained by PAO in manual register. PAO and Head of Office would also conduct periodic review of the CAM-23.

FORM CAM-23 The Existing “FORM CAM-23: Fly Leaf of Payment Register”, is replaced with the Form, namely “FORM CAM-23: Non-Computational Allowance Payment Register”.

This issues with the approval of the Controller General of Accounts.
