OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Acquisition of professional qualifications-reimbursement of Examination fees-regarding.
Reference is invited to this office O.M of even number dated 20.05.2011 (copy enclosed) regarding need for capacity building and to encourage officers to acquire appropriate domain specific skills with reimbursement of examination fee, for identified professional courses.
2. It has been decided that concurrent skill upgradation of officers of Indian Civil Accounts Organization (ICAO) on professional competencies would lead to better Public Financial Management besides balancing the pace with rapid changes occurring in Public Finances. Accordingly, the views/inputs from ICAS Officers are sought on the inclusion of new courses in the already approved list for consideration of the Competent Authority.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
