Subject: Consolidated instructions on compassionate appointment-Replacement of Para 13 regarding.

Please find enclosed a copy of DoPT OM No 43019/9/2019-Estt.(D) dated 23.08.2021 regarding consolidated instructions on compassionate appointment and replacement of Para 13 of DoPT OM dated 16.01.2013.

Accordingly, it is requested that all cases of compassionate appointment may be dealt with as per Appendix to OM No 43019/9/2019-Estt.(D) dated 23.08.2021.
