Returns under Lokpal consisting of declaration of assets and liabilities of government employee (Group A , B and C), his / her spouse and children will have to be filed on or before 15th October 2015
Personnel Ministry has identified 250 Officers of Group A and B who are eligible for Rotational Transfer and have completed 6 to 7 years in their present posting. The list at Annexure does not include officers within two years of superannuation as on 31.10.2015 and who are likely to be promoted within one year i.e. officers included in SOSL-2008.
CSS Officers have been provided with online submission facility as far as Declaration of Assets and Liabilities under Lokpal is concerned. In order to utilise the same in to full use, DOPT instructs for filing declaration well before deadline
DOPT has issued OM for the proposal to change the designation name of Assistant, UDC and LDC as Assistant Section Officer (ASO), Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) and Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA). Suggestions and inputs may be submitted on or before 18th September 2015
DoPT has given 3 chances for the officers of CSS /CSSS in respect of Cadre Training Plan (CTP). This OM spells out th grounds under which postponement of the training programme can be availed.
DOPT to consider all the unabsorbed and eligible PAs of previous zones and PAs of Common Seniority List of selection list 2009 and who have completed 5 years of approved service as on 01.07.2014 to the Current zone of consideration
Stepping up of pay of Senior Assistants on promotion to Section Officer at par with Juniors to be reviewed and excess payment if any to be recovered when promoted officer is not covered by Previous instructions of DOPT
In line with Rotational transfer Policy issued for CSS Officers recently, DoPT has now come up with Rotational Transfer Policy for CSSS Officers also.
CSS Officers are posted by DOPT in as many as 80 Ministries at higher level and in 45 cadre units at lower level
In addition to online Lokpal return CSS officers have been advised to submit signed copy of print out of return to DOPT
