Transfer Traveling Allowance (Transfer TA) is applicable to Central Government Employees who are under the orders of Transfer. The following grants and reimbursement of charges paid by employee for shifting his/her residence to the new place of posting are payable to the employee

Extension of SL Year 2003 of UDCs of CSCS

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has decided to extend the select List Year 2003 of UDCs by including the names of additional 2151 UDCs in the Select List Year 2003 against the vacancies caused in the grade of UDCs for the Select List Year 2003 consequent upon promotion of 2151 UDCs to the Assistant grade subsequent to the Cadre Restructuring of CSS.

Modified Flexible Complementary Scheme for Scientists

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has referred to the DOPT OM dated 10.09.2010 wherein modified Flexible Complementary Scheme (FCS) for Scientists were issued. The DOPT has laid down that the entries “grade pay of Rs.12000 or lower” in Para (i) of the scheme shall be substituted with “HAG scale of Rs.67000-(annual increment @ 3%)-79000”.

Policy for encadrement of Posts into CSS/CSSS/CSCS.

The Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) has referred their OM No. 21/7/2007- CS I dated 01.02.2010 and noted that some Ministries have created posts in the grades where there are already a large number of vacancies. In some cases the tenure of the proposed posts is not long enough by which the recruitment process can be completed to fill up the post. Due to this, there is unavoidable delay in the encadrement and filling up such posts.

More ESI Hospitals to be set up : Minister.

The Government proposes to set up more number of ESIC Hospitals throughout the Country. This information was given by the Union Labour & Employment Minister Shri Mallikarjun Kharge in the Lok Sabha. The Minister informed the House that the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has proposed to set up more ESIC Hospitals in the country including in Odisha.
