Civilian employees of Indian Navy who are eligible for Productivity Linked Bonus will get 40 days wages as Bonus for 2014-15. Group B. (non=gazetted) C and D employees and the casual labourers will be eligible for this Bonus. The calculation ceiling of Rs. 3500/- (3500×40/40/30.4) .
Identity Cards will be issued to Defence Pensioners in Delhi, Metropolitan and other big cities as the first phase. Personnel Ministry earlier announced issuing of photo identity cards to all the defence pensioners.

After Revision of pre-2006 Defence Pension, anomaly in pension between Army Officers retired in higher rank and officers retired in lower rank was rectified to some extent as pension is based on rank now. Now this revision is effective from 1st January 2006
Pre-1996 Armed Forces Pensioners would get NPA element with Pension from 01.01.1996. Similarly, Pension of Pre-2006 Armed forces Pensioners will be added with NPA with effect from 1st January 2006. Revision of Pension as per revised concordance table as per OM dated 28.01.2013 will also include NPA element
