DA to PSU employees – Revised DA payable to the executives of CPSEs (1997 pay revision) – Revised DA Rates will be 202% with effect from 01.07.2013

DA to PSU Employees – Department of Public Enterprises has issued Office Memorandum dated 04.07.2013 for hiking DA to PSU Employees –  This order will be applicable to Board level posts and below Board level posts including Non-unionised supervisors in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs).  Executives of CPSEs (1997 pay revision) will be benefited by this order for increase in DA to PSU Employees

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Board level posts and below Board level posts including Non-unionised supervisors in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs)- Revision of scales of pay w.e.f. 01.01.1997 — Payment of IDA at revised rates regarding.
In modification of this Department’s O.M. of even No. dated 08.04.2013, the rate of DA payable to the executives of CPSEs (1997 pay revision) may be as follows:
(a) Date from which payable: 01.07.2013
(b) AICPI (linked to 1960=100) for the quarter
March, 2013 5112
April, 2013 5157
May, 2013 5206
Average of the quarter 5158

(c) Increase over link point: 3450 points (5158 – 1708)

(d) Revised DA Rates: 202% [(3450/1708) x 100]
2.  These rates may be made applicable in the case of IDA employees, whose pay have been revised with effect from 01.01.1997 as per DPE O.M. dated 25.06.1999.
2. All Administrative Ministries/ Departments of the Government of India are requested to bring the foregoing to the notice of the CPSEs under their administrative control for action at their end.
