In modification of this Department’s O.M. of even No. dated 04.10.2013, the rate of DA payable to the executives of CPSEs (1997 pay revision) may be as follows:
(a) Date from which payable: 01.01.2014
(b) Average AICPI (1960=100) for the quarter Sept.-Nov’ 2013
September, 2013 – 5433
October, 2013 – 5502
November, 2013 – 5546
Average of the quarter – 5494
(c) Link Point 1708 (as on 01.01.1997)
(d) Increase over link point: 3786 (5494-1708)
(e) Revised DA Rate w.e.f. 01.01.2014: 221.7% [(3786+1708)x 100]
2. These rates are applicable in the case of IDA employees, whose pay have been revised with effect from 01.01.1997 as per DPE O.M. dated 25.06.1999.
3. All Administrative Ministries/Departments of the Government of India are requested to bring the foregoing to the notice of the CPSEs under their administrative control for necessary action at their end.

I retired on attaining the age of superannuation (60 years) on 31.3.2012 from Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd., a CPSU and was governed under EPS 95 scheme. I came to know that those who attained 58 yrs of age as on July 2009 ( 60 yrs. in2011) have benefited with some rise in their pension in accordance with Order of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.30844/2010, I would like to know about the office circulars No.Pen/3/2/2006/Para 9 & 10/20488 dt.13/12/2011 and No.Pen(A&C)RP No.867-880/2012 NCDRC/KN-Kallurappa/10717 dt. 26/11/2013 corrigendum dt.05/12/2013. My PPO No. is NG/NAG/00080830 and am entitled of pension w.e.f.18.03.2010. Kindly enlighten me as i have not received any rise/arrears.
