Aadhaar based Biometric Attendance helpline for Railway Employees

Aadhaar based Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) helpline for Railway Employees – Railway Board provides list of mobile and SMS helplines.

Ministry of Railways has opened help line numbers for AEBAS and the Office order issued is reproduced below

In continuation of Office Order No. 01 & 80 of 2014 and 15 of 2015, It has been observed that some users are facing problems in marking their attendance through Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (ABBAS) in Board’s Office.

2. In order to address such problems in marking attendance, it is proposed to open a Help Desk. Users may accordingly send SMS to the following CUG numbers as indicated below:-

ii) 9717649610
