The undersigned is directed to say that a meeting to discuss the items which were discussed in the last National Anomaly Committee Meeting held on 17.07.2012 and required separate examination (as annexed) is scheduled to be held under the Chairpersonship of Joint Secretary (E) on 29th M at 15.00 Hrs in Room No.119, North Block, New Delhi.

My friend have been worked in Government of NCT Delhi ( Education Department) . After seven year of service , He selected in Central University in same scale. He applied past service pension benefit, service graduaty, pay proctection, GPF and MACP. Previous department transfer the amount (pension benefit, service graduaty, GPF) to present department. Present department add previous service for pension benefit, service graduaty, pay proctection, GPF only. Present not interested to provide MACP. Present department says MACP not applicable for your case due to your previous service in state government, MACP applicable if your previous service in central government.
Please help me How I can avail MACP with effect date of previous regular appoint in state government.
Impartiality of pay fixation in teachers category TGT (trained graduate teacher) direct recruited pay fix Rs17140 with grade pay but promoted TGT teacher pay is not ffixing Rs 17140 only grade pay 4600gives them. It is totally injustice with TGT’s .when nature of duty and time is same so pl.short_out the matter in this meeting of Anomalies committee
