OPGC Recruitment DGM / AGM / AM / Managers – Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC) was incorporated on November 14, 1984. OPGC started as a wholly owned Government Company of the State of Odisha with the main objective of establishing, operating & maintaining large Thermal power generating stations.

Odisha Power Generation Corporation Limited (OPGC) invites applications online from eligible candidates for the following Positions :

1. DGM (Mech-Maint) – 01 Post

Qualification : B. Tech/BE Mechanical

2. DGM (Elec-Maint) – 01 Post

Qualification : B. Tech/BE Electrical

3. Deputy Manager (Mech-Maint) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute shall be preferred.

4. Assistant Manager (Engineering) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks

5. Deputy Manager (Contracts) – 01 Post

Qualification : B. Tech./BE (Mechanical/Electrical)

6. Deputy Manager (WTP) – 01 Post

Qualification : M.Sc (Chemistry) or Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks

7. Senior Assistant Manager (Civil) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in civil engineering

8. Senior Assistant Manager (HR) – 02 Posts

Qualification : Degree in any discipline and P.G. Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/MBA (HR) or equivalent from recognized University/Institution

9. Deputy Manager (T&D) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in any discipline and P.G. Degree/Diploma in PM&IR/MBA (HR) or equivalent from recognized University/Institution.

10. DGM (Commercial Projects) – 01 Post

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)

11. AGM ( Finance) – 01 Post

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)

12. Manager (Finance) – 01 Post

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)

13. Deputy Manager (Finance) – 01 Post

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)

14. Assistant Manager (Finance) – 02 Posts

Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance)

15. GM (Compliance) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent candidates having Master Degree in Law will be given preference.

16. Deputy Manager (Law) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent candidates having Master Degree in Law will be given preference.

17. Manager (Finance) – 01 Post

Qualification  : CA with knowledge of SAP

18. Assistant Manager (Contracts) – 01 Post

Qualification : B. E / B.Tech (Electronics Telecommunication / Electrical / Mechanical) M.B.A (Finance) Desirable

19. Deputy  Manager (Forest and Environment) – 01 Post

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with degree in law

20. Deputy Manager (Mines Design) – 01 Post

Qualification : B. Tech in Mining Engineering from an institution of Repute. (M- Tech or MBA shall carry additional weightage)

21. Assistant Manager (Land and R/R) – 01 Post

Qualification : Masters Degree in Rural management/ Social Welfare/ Social Science

22. Assistant Manager (Electrical) – 01 Post

Qualification : BE/ B-Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Must possess valid electrical supervisor’s certificate of competency (license) covering mining installations.

23. Manager (Survey) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Mining engg./ Diploma in Mining & Mine surveying/ B. Sc (Math)/ M.Sc (Math) Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency under the Coal Mines Regulations, 1957 issued by DGMS, Dhanbad.

24. Assistant Manager (Operations) – 03 Posts

Qualification : Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute & BOE certificates shall be preferred.

25. Assistant Manager (CHP) – 01 Post

Qualification : B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Electrical)

26. Assistant Manager (CAND I) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute shall be preferred.

27. Assistant Manager (Electrical – Maint) – 01 Post

Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks and diploma from NPTI/CEA approved training institute is preferred.

Pay Scale : Compensation will be on Cost to Company (CTC) pattern and shall be inline with the industry. The incumbents would be governed by special service conditions where performance will be the key to increments, promotions and rewards..

Selection Process : Selection process will comprise of Telephonic Interview (if need be) and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates. (Candidates called for Interview will be reimbursed Economy class airfare or AC 2 Tier to and fro train fare from their starting station or mailing address, within India, whichever is nearer to the place of Interview, by the shortest route on production of proof of journey).
