NEST 2014 Result date and time – National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai successfully conducted National Entrance Screening Test NEST 2014 on Saturday, May 31, 2014 in 45 cities (70 venues). A very large number of candidates had appeared for NEST 2014 examination. Currently all appeared candidates are anxiously waiting for NEST Results 2014 to be declared.
As per schedule released in the official website, the NEST Result 2014 will be released on or before 20th June 2014.

The NEST 2014 was conducted at 45 major towns and cities all over India on May 31, 2014, (Saturday) 10:00am – 1:00pm. Based on the performance in NEST 2014, a common Merit List of the candidates will be prepared and posted on NEST 2014 website on June 20, 2014. The successful candidates will be called for counselling and admission will be strictly according to the Merit List until all the seats are filled. Separate merit list for different category candidates will be made available before counselling.

National Entrance Screening Test (NEST) is a compulsory test for students seeking admission to National Institute of Science Education and Research(NISER), Bhubaneswar and University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS), Mumbai. BothNISER and UM-DAE CBS were set up by Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India in 2007. Their mandate is to train scientific manpower for carrying out cutting edge scientific research and for providing input to scientific programmes of Department of Atomic Energy and other applied science institutions in the country.
