1. Relationship Manager (SME / Mid-Market-Working Capital)

Qualification : Minimum Graduates / MBA

Experience : Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in working capital funding with Private Sector Banks. The right candidate should have hands on experience in Working Capital funding and product knowledge in Fund/Non-fund based products. Should possess good knowledge of credit appraisal / marketing and pre and post sanction documentation etc.

Place of Posting : anywhere in Tamil Nadu

2. Asst.General Manager (Premises) 

Qualification : B.E. (Civil)/B.Tech from a recognized Technical Institution /University.

Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience as Chief Manager in Public Sector Bank/Private Sector Bank, Financial Institutions in Planning of maintenance services Bank’s owned/leased movable and immovable assets including invitation of tenders, flotation of quotations & finalization of contracts, Maintenance/repairs/renovations of Bank’s owned/leased premises, Liaise with Government Authorities/statutory Authorities in connection with infrastructure facilities and other matters.

3. Manager (Economist) 

Qualification : Post-Graduate degree in Economics with Specialization in Statistics/Econometrics.

Experience : Minimum 2 Years’ experience in NBFC/Scheduled Commercial Bank/Public sector undertaking as Research Officer/ Economic Officer/Data Analyst having work experience in Analysis of Financial markets, monetary policy and macro-economic trends, Dealing/ Analysis of large database for business planning and Budgeting, Drafting Skills for reports.

4. Manager (Security) 

Qualification : Graduates /Post Graduates in any discipline

Experience : An Officer with 5 years Commissioned Service in Indian Army/ Navy / Air Force OR 5 years of service as a Police Officer not below the rank of Asst. Supdt. of Police /Dy. Supdt. of Police OR Officers of identical work in para military forces with 5 years experience.

5. Electrical Engineer 

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical Engineering)

Experience : Minimum 3 years post qualification experience with reputed consulting firms/ contractors for electrification of office premises/ maintenance of substations/LT-HT system/Generator set / UPS/ air-conditioning system. Fully conversant with code of practice and local byelaws, liasioning activities with statutory authorities/electricity board, experience of handling operation & maintenance of Data Centre infrastructure shall be preferred.

6. Fire Safety Officer 

Qualification : Graduate from a University with Sub-Officer Course from National Fire Service College, Nagpur and possessing knowledge of Mandatory requirements of providing fire protection and prevention in high rise business buildings as per National Building Code  and Bureau of Indian Standards.

Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as Sub-Officer in a Fire Station of State Fire Services.

7. NRI Relationship Managers

Qualification : Master Degree /Degree preferably with 3-5 years’ experience in Bank liability/CASA Sales, Life Insurance, handling TEAM exposure required, as he/she would be responsible for NRI Business acquisition through self and Sales Team.

8. Credit Officers

Qualification : Post Graduation from any recognized University preferably M.Com / MBA (Finance) – CAIIB /CA/ICWA will be additional qualification

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Credit Management, including appraisal, assessment, sanction and post sanction monitoring of Bank advances in Corporate/SME segment including imports and Exports / Trade Finance.

Place of Posting : Pan India
