 KEAM-2016 : Admit Card available… To download the Admit Card, logon to “KEAM 2016 – Candidate Portal

Candidates who have applied for the Kerala Engineering/Medical Entrance Examinations 2016 which will be held from 25th to 28th of April 2016 at different centres, have to download their KEAM Admit Card 2016 from 28th March 2016 through the link KEAM 2016-Candidate Portal provided on the website by giving their Application Number and Date of Birth as given online while submitting the application for KEAM 2016.

Candidates should bring the colour printout of the Admit Card while appearing the Entrance Examination. KEAM Admit Card 2016 should be produced for verification in the Examination hall for attending the Entrance Examination. Candidates without Admit Cards will not be permitted to attend the Entrance Examinations. Candidates who have applied for admission to B.Arch Courses only (No Entrance Examination) can also download their Admit Cards which is to be produced at the time of admission.

The Admit Cards of some of the candidates are temporarily withheld due to defects in their applications or since they have not enclosed documents to prove their Nativity/ Nationality along with the application, which are mandatory for accepting the application. The details of such defects in the application will be displayed while attempting to download the Admit Cards. The Printout of a Memo indicating the defects and the proforma for rectifying them can be downloaded from the links concerned in the Candidate Portal.

All the defects noted on the Memo should be rectified on or before 8th April 2016 by submitting the relevant documents to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The Admit Card of these candidates will be released as and when the defects are cleared in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

The documents submitted for claiming various Communal/Special reservations by certain candidates are found to be incomplete or defective. However such candidates are permitted to download their Admit Cards. The printout of a Memo indicating the defects in such documents and proforma for rectifying the defects can be downloaded from the links concerned in the Candidate Portal.

The reservation claims of such candidates will be allowed only if they submit the required documents at the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before 8th April 2016. Apart from submitting fresh certificates for clearing the defects pointed out in the Memo, new certificates will not be accepted on any account.

Documents received through Fax/e-mail will not be considered for clearance of defects in the application. A copy of the Memo generated while attempting to download the Admit Card should also be attached along with the documents sent for rectification of defects.

After logging into the Candidate Portal by giving Application Number and Date of Birth, candidates can view their profile showing the personal details, Examination details and details regarding Income, Communal reservation, Special reservation etc. The complaints, if any, in this regard also may be sent
to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before 8th April 2016.

The candidates who do not know their application number can get their application number by giving their Name and Centre opted for examination on the link Find Application Number provided in the Candidate Portal of the candidates. Necessary arrangements have also been made to take the printout of the Admit Cards through Akshaya Centres all over Kerala.

KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Agriculture and Medical) is a state level entrance examination for the admission to various colleges and institutions located in Kerala state for UG programmes. The KEAM is conducted by the CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination) Kerala. The examination is also known as the CEE Kerala exam. Besides the examination centres in the Kerala state, it is also conducted on the various test centres like Delhi, Mumbai, Ranchi, Shillong and Dubai (UAE). KEAM 2016 will be conducted for the admission to various UG courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BSMS, B.Sc (Forestry), B.Sc (honors) agriculture, B.VSc (animal Husbandry), B.FSc and B.Tech (in all regular branches including agriculture, food engineering and dairy science and technology).
