Gauhati High Court Grade III Recruitment 2014 – Gauhati High Court issued notification for the recruitment of Grade III recruitment. Now the Registrar of Gauhati High Court has announced that the last date of submitting applications for Grade – III recruitment.

Age limit : The Registrar, Gauhati High Court also announced that candidates belonging to the general category up to the age of 38 years and SC/ST candidates up to the age of 43 years may apply for the Grade-III recruitment.

Preliminary Examination Pattern

• The questions will be of MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions)
• There may be 90 marks for GK and others and 10 marks for General English
  Topics for 90 marks
  Aptitude
  Constitution of India
  Transfer of Property
  Indian Evidence Act
  Civil Procedure Code
  Criminal Procedure Code
  Law of Torts
  Indian Contract Act
  General Knowledge
  Indian Penal Code
  etc.
• There may be 100 questions for 100 marks
• The duration of the examination may be of 2 hours.

Candidate will be selected on be basis of 1:10 i.e., for one post 10 candidates will be short listed for Main Examination

Main Examination Pattern

1. There may be 4 papers each 100 marks and MCQ for 50 marks and then 50 marks for Interview will be allocated.
2. The papers may be of
   MCQ in General English
   Descriptive paper in General English
   Paper on Law-I
   Paper on Law-II

Qualifying marks fixed for in individual papers will be 45% and over all 60% should be scored
