Federal Bank Clerk Recruitment 2015 – Federal Bank, one of the leading private Banks in India invites applications for the post of Clerks for appointment in its branches located all over the Country. Candidates who have the required qualifications as detailed below can register online on or before 5th March 2015.

Important Dates

  • Online Registration begins on 23rd February 2015
  • Online Registration Closes on 5th March 2015
  • Aptitude Test on 14th and 15th March 2015

Scale of Pay and other Emoluments

Rs.7200–400/3 – 8400–500/3 – 9900–600/4 – 12300–700/7 – 17200-1300/1 – 18500-800/1 – 19300 which is likely to be revised shortly.

DA, HRA, CCA will be paid as per rules of the Bank in force from time to time depending upon the place of posting. Medical Aid, Hospitalization Scheme, Leave Fare Concession, retirement benefits and other perquisites will be admissible as per Bank’s rules.

Age Limit : Shall not exceed 24 years as on 01.11.2014 (candidates should be born on or after 01.11.1990)

Educational Qualifications : Science Graduates with minimum 55% marks and 50% marks for other streams.

Candidates should have obtained the Degree on or before 01.11.2014.

Candidates should have obtained the degree after completing 10+2 or its equivalent.

Place of Domicile

It is believed that the Bank wants to appoint local candidates for the branches for more attachment to work. The Bank announces that the Candidates should belong to any one of the following State/Region.

Chandigarh, Gujarat, Haryana, Kerala, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, National Capital Region (NCR), Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

  • Aptitude Test
  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Personal Interview (PI)

Test Pattern

  • Reasoning – 35 questions -35 Marks
  • English Language – 35 Questions – 35 marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude – 30 questions – 30 marks
  • General & Financial Awareness – 30 questions – 30 marks
  • Computer Knowledge – 20 questions – 20 marks

Total 150 questions – 150 marks – Duration 90 minutes. Psychometric test for a maximum duration of 30 minutes after the Aptitude Test. There will be a negative mark of 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
