DMRC Recruitment 2014-15 Executive & Non Executive posts – JE – Civil – Electrical – Signal & Telecom – Assistant Manager – Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), a joint venture company with equity participation from Govt. of India and Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of the rail based Mass Rapid Transit System for Delhi, NCR & other metros.

Applications are invited from young, dynamic and motivated persons of Indian nationality for the following category of Executive & Non – Executive posts in DMRC :

SECTION – ‘A’ – Executive Category posts to be filled up on direct recruitment basis

Part – I

1. Assistant Manager/Electrical – 11 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

2. Assistant Manager/S&T – 05 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : GATE qualified candidates for the year 2014. Candidates should have got a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) respectively from a Govt. recognized University/Institute., with a valid GATE score in 2014.

Part – II

3. Assistant Manager/HR – 04 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : 02 (Two) year full time MBA or equivalent -with minimum 60% marks with specialization in HR from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be preferred

4. Assistant Manager/Finance – 06 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : CA with a minimum of 50% marks and with work experience of one year. Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be preferred

5. Assistant Manager/IT – 02 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : Masters degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Masters of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application) or BE/B Tech in Computer Science or Information Science/Technology with minimum 60% marks from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

6. Assistant Manager/Operations – 05 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : BE/B Tech with minimum 60% marks in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent trade from a Govt. recognized University/Institute OR 02 (Two) year full time MBA with 60% marks having specialization in Marketing/ International Business Operations/Logistics from a Govt. recognized University/Institute

7. Assistant Manager/Fire – 02 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : B.Sc (three years duration) or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University with one year Advance Diploma of National Fire Service College of Nagpur or BE (Fire) of NFSC, Nagpur or equivalent

8. Assistant Company Secretary – 01 Post

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : Company Secretary ship with minimum 50% marks from Govt. recognized University or Institute. Associate/ Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with post qualification working experience of minimum two years. Degree in Law will be preferred.

9. Assistant Manager/Corporate Communication – 01 Post

Pay Scale : Rs.20600 – 46500/-

Qualification : Masters of Mass Communication and Journalism with minimum 60% marks from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute with Post Qualification working experience of minimum of two years.

SECTION – ‘B’ – Non-Executive Category posts to be filled up on direct recruitment basis

10. Assistant Programmer – 28 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.13500 – 25520

11. Stenographer – 25 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.10170 – 18500

SECTION – ‘C’ – Non-Executive Category posts to be filled up on Contract basis for a period of three years

12. Junior Engineer (Civil) – 50 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.13500 – 25520

13. Junior Engineer (Electrical ) – 20 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.13500 – 25520

14. Junior Engineer (Signal & Telecom) – 27 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.13500 – 25520

15. Legal Assistant – 02 Posts

Pay Scale : Rs.13500 – 25520

Note : Candidates after selection are likely to be posted at Delhi/Kochi or any other projects of DMRC, anywhere in India

Training & Probation : The selected candidates other than on contract, on appointment will be on Probation for a period of two years (including period of training), where they will undergo intensive training for prescribed duration.

Pay & Emoluments : The pay & emoluments for direct recruits and contracts employees shall be as per pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include Perks, HRA, Medical benefit, EPF, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. as per extant rules of the Corporation as applicable to Direct Recruit and Contract employees from time to time.

Application fee : Rs.400/- for General and OBC Candidates (Rs.150/- SC/ST/PH Candidates) – Candidate are required to deposit the fee in any branch of State Bank of India (SBI) after a minimum of 24 hrs of generation of the Bank Challan. (The challan may be downloaded online).
