AAU Special Recruitment Drive for Faculty Positions – Anand Agricultural University – Associate – Assistant – Professor – State Agricultural Universities
Anand Agricultural University (AAU) was established this year at Anand with the support of the Government of Gujarat ,Act No.(Guj 5 of 2004) dated April 29,2004. Caved out of the erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU), the dream institution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. K.M.Munshi, the AAU was set up to provide support to the farming community in three facets namely education, research and extension activities in Agriculture, Horticulture Engineering, product Processing and Home Science. At Present there Seven Colleges, Seventeen Research Centers and Six Extension Education Institute working in six districts of Gujrat namely Ahmedabad, Anand, Dahod, Kheda,Panchmahal and Voadodra.

1. Registrar : 01 post
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs.7600/-
2. Principal : 01 post
Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 + A.G.P. Rs.10000/-
3. Professor and its equivalent : 10 posts
Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 + A.G.P. Rs.10000/-
4. Associate Professor and its equivalent : 36 posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- + A.G.P. Rs. 8000/-
5. Assistant Professor and its equivalent : 84 posts
Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100/- + A.G.P.Rs.6000/-
Application fee : Processing fee for S.C, and S.T. candidates of Gujarat is Rs.250/- (The prescribed fee has to be deposited in any branch of State Bank of India using a specific challan for the purpose).
