SSC CPO 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts SSC Central Police Organization (CPO) exam for the recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub Inspectors in CISF. About SSC CPO Exam:
Selection Staff Commission conducts SSC CPO (Central Police Organisations) recruitment exam every year for the post of SI (Sub Inspector)/ASI in Delhi Police/CAPF /CISF department in the Central Police Organization (CPO). SSC will release SSC CPO notification 2018 on 03rd March for vacancies of Delhi Police Sub-inspector SI, ASI, CAPF, & CISF. The online application form for SSC CPO SI will start from the same day of the notification.

SSC CPO Admit Card 2018:
SSC will release the Admit Card for SSC CPO Paper I & Paper II separately. Candidates who would register for SSC CPO 2018 will be able to download the Admit Card for Paper I & II much before the date of conduct of the exam. SSC declares the admit card of SSC CPO for Delhi Police Sub Inspector (SI), ASI & CAPF exam on the official website. The registered students will require their registration details to download SSC CPO Admit Card. Candidates must have to download & carry the hard copy of call letter in the exam hall.
SSC CPO 2018 Exam Pattern:
Questions asked in both the paper-1 and paper-2 of SSC CPO 2018 will be of Objective Multiple Choice Type. Questions asked will be bilingual, i.e. in both Hindi and English. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer marked by a candidate on his/her OMR Answer Sheet. SSC CPO 2018 Exam will be conducted in three phase:

- • PET, PST and Medical Test.
- • paper-2
The final merit list will be tabulated on the basis of a candidate’s performance in all the three phases of SSC CPO Exam.

The SSC CPO Paper 2 will be a descriptive exam and consist of English language (Vocabulary, grammar and Spellings) only.

SSC CPO Physical Endurance Test (PET):
For Male Candidates
- 100 Meters Race: 16 Seconds
- 1.6 Km Race: 6.5 Minutes
- 3.65 Metres Long Jump: 3 Chances
- 1.2 Metres High Jump: 3 Chances
- Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 Metres, 3 Chances
For Female Candidates
- 100 Meters Race: 18 Seconds
- 800 Metres Race: 4 Minutes
- 2.7 Metres (9 Feet) Long Jump: 3 Chances
- 0.9 Metres (3 Feet) High Jump: 3 Chances
SSC CPO Medical standard (For all posts)
Eyesight: Without wearing glasses, the minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of two eyes.
SSC CPO 2018 Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification for SSC CPO:
- There are no special eligibility criteria to be eligible for SSC CPO recruitment exam. You just need Graduation degree in any discipline from an authorized University or any equivalent degree recognized as such by the Central Government on or before 1-January-2018.
- Sub Inspector in Delhi Police: Male candidates must have a valid Driving License (D/L) for LMV (Car & Motorcycle) as on the date fixed for PET (Physical Endurance and Standard Tests), otherwise, you will not be allowed to undergo PET. However, Driving License is not mandatory at the time of filing application form.
Age Limit for SSC CPO
- 20 years is the minimum age limit.
- 25 years is the maximum age limit as on 01.01.2018.

SSC CPO Result 2018:
SSC will release the final result after the declaration of results for Paper I & II. The result is usually released almost after 2 months from the examination being held. SSC CPO SI result of Tier 1 & Tier 2 announces after the release of official answer key.
