WBJEE result 2018  : The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB), Kolkata, released the rank cards of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination 2018 (also called as WBJEE 2018) for admission to Engineering / Architecture / Pharmacy Degree Courses in Universities / Colleges across the state declared today (Wednesday, May 23, 2018). The notification was released on the official website of the WBJEE Board on May 22.

The WBJEE 2018 Rank Card will be available on the board’s website – www.wbjeeb.nic.in on and from May 23, 2018, 4pm.

The candidates who have appeared for the WBJEE examination can also view their rank cards from the Board’s official website – www.wbjeeb.in from 4 pm onwards.

The WBJEE 2018 examination was conducted on Sunday, April 22, 2018 in two shifts, paper 1 from 11 am to 1 pm, and paper 2 from 2 to 4 pm.

Last year, around 85 per cent of the students who had appeared for the WBJEE examination cleared it successfully.

Copy the above mentioned link and paste in a new browser then press enter button. A new page will appear on your screen. Enter application number, password and security code. Your result page will open, check and download scorecard and rank.

The candidates are advised to carefully check all the details like their name, roll number, total marks and WBJEE 2018 rank on the result page before downloading it. If any discrepancy is found on the result card, immediately inform the concerned authorities.

Steps to download your WBJEE 2018 Results

1) Go to the official website of the WBJEE Board – www.wbjeeb.in or www.wbjeeb.nic.in

2) On the homepage, you will see a link that reads, “WBJEE 2018 Results”

3) Click on the results link

4) It will redirect you to WBJEE results page

5) Now enter your details such as name, roll number, date of birth and click submit

6) Your result will be displayed on the screen of your mobile or computer7) Check your result carefully

8) Click save and download

9) You can also take a printout of your WBJEE 2018 Result / rank card

WBJEE Rank Card 2018

The board release WBJEE Rank Card 2018 along with the publication of the results. In the rank card, candidates can check the result of both PAPER 1 & PAPER 2. Candidates those names appear in the rank list will be considered as eligible to appear in the counselling procedure. The ranks are allotted to the candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. The ranks of the candidates is considered for allotting the seat in various courses in the counselling procedure. The rank cards can be accessed from the official website.

WBJEE Counselling 2018

The counselling will be organized for the candidates those will be allotted the ranks. Achieving the ranks is the eligibility of the candidate to participate in the counselling. The counselling will be conducted through online mode. The counselling will take place in various rounds. In the counselling, candidates have to select the branch & institution according to their preferences. The seat allotment results will be published on the website. So, candidates can check from the website after finishing the first round of counselling.


WBJEE is organized every year by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB). It is a state level entrance exam to get admissions in degree courses of engineering, architecture, technology and pharmacy. The exam is a gateway to get admission in various governments, self finance institutes and universities of West Bengal state.
