NTA UGC NET June 2019 Result Declared; Check at nta.ac.in

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the final results of UGC NET June 2019 exam on its official website, nta.ac.in. Candidates who have appeared for the written test can check their result from the official website, nta.ac.in. The UGC-NET June 2019 Examination was conducted by NTA between 20th and 26th June 2019 in two shifts per day across 237 cities in the country. The examination was conducted in 81 subjects. A total number of 942419 candidates registered for this examination. There were 615 examination centres across the country. A total number of 280 Observers, 162 City Coordinators and 15 State Coordinators were deployed to oversee the smooth and fair conduct of examination.

To ensure accuracy of result, the keys of question papers were displayed in advance to invite challenges if any. The Final Answer Keys has been uploaded on NTA NET website: www.ntanet.nic.in on 12.07.2019.

As per the UGC policy, 6% of those candidates who appear in both the papers and obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of both the papers are declared NET qualified. The certificates to the qualified candidates will be issued by UGC.

How to check NTA UGC NET June 2019 Result?

  • Visit the official website, ntanet.nic.in
  • On the homepage, Click on the link “View Result – UGC NET June 2019 – Server 1/Server 2”
  • A new page will open
  • Enter Your Application number/Roll number, DOB, Security Pin and click on submit button
  • Your results will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take printout for future use

The award of JRF and Eligibility for Assistant Professor both OR Eligibility for Assistant Professor only depends on the performance of the candidate in both the papers of NET in aggregate. However, the candidates qualifying exclusively for Assistant Professor are not to be considered for award of JRF. Candidates who qualify the Test for eligibility for Assistant Professor are governed by the rules and regulations for recruitment of Assistant Professor of the concerned universities/colleges/state governments.
