Nabard Assistant Manager Mains Exam Result 2018: National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development which is commonly known as NABARD has declared the Result of the Main Examination for the Assistant Manager Grade A Recruitment Exercise for the year 2018 from the official website, nabard.org. The Recruitment Notification was released for the Recruitment of 92 posts in the various disciplines of Assistant Manager in Grade A. The selection process includes Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview. The Preliminary Exam was held in the month of May 2018 and the candidates who have qualified the Preliminary Exam were called for the Main Exam. The Main Exam was commenced on 17-June-2018 and within two weeks, the Bank has released list of the candidates who have successfully qualified the online exam and are eligible for attending the Interview.

About NABARD:

NABARD came into existence on 12th July 1982 by transferring the agricultural credit functions of RBI and refinance functions of the then Agricultural Refinance and Development Corporation (ARDC). It was dedicated to the service of the nation by the late Prime Minister Smt. Indira Gandhi on 05 November 1982. Set up with an initial capital of Rs. 100 crore, it’s paid up capital stood at Rs. 5,000 crore as on 31st March 2016. Consequent to the revision in the composition of share capital between Government of India and RBI, NABARD today is fully owned by Government of India.
