KIITEE Application Form 2018 / Eligibility Criteria

The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University has released the KIITEE 2018 application form on November 20, 2017. The KIITEE application form 2018 is available in online mode only. The last date to fill KIITEE 2018 application form is March 31. While filling the application form of KIITEE 2018, candidates will have to select the course they want to opt for and then proceed to fill the requiste details. Candidates will have to upload their documents in the specified format in the KIITEE application form 2018. There is no application fee for KIITEE 2018. Before filling the KIITEE 2018 application form, they must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by KIIT University. No application will be accepted for KIITEE after the last date of its submission. KIITEE 2018 will be conducted from April 15 to 24, 2018 for all the candidates. Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses:

Course Qualification Requirements
B.Tech/B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) Biotechnology
  • Those who have passed 12th in 2016, 2017 or appearing in 2018 are eligible to apply for this course.
  • 10+2 should be passed with minimum 60% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • For B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) Biotechnology, 10+2 must be passed with at least 60% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology/Biotechnology.
  • Candidate must be born on or after 1st July, 1997.
B.Tech (LE)
  • Pass in three years diploma in engineering in respective stream with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidate must be born on or after 1st July, 1994
B.Arch
  • 10+2 passed from a recognized education board by securing 60% marks in aggregate with Mathematics subject.
  • Pass in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by CoA, New Delhi
  • Candidate must be born on or after 1st July, 1997.
BBA
  • Minimum prescribed qualification is 12th passed in any stream with Mathematics/Business  Mathematics/Economics/Statistics as one of subjects.
  • The qualifying examination (12th) should be passed with at least 50% marks.
  • Should born on or after 1st July, 1997.
BCA
  • Pass in 10+2 with at least 50% marks and should have Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2.
  • Should born on or after 1st July, 1997.
B.A. LL.B./BBA.LL.B./B.SC.LL.B.
  • 10+2 in any stream with minimum 45% marks.
  • Candidates seeking to apply for B.Sc LL.B. have to pass 10+2 in science stream with not less trhan 45% marks.
  • Age should not be more than 21 years as on 1st July, 2018.

For PG Courses:

Courses Qualification Requirements
M.Tech B.E./B.Tech or its equivalent degree in respective branches of engineering Or First class MCA or M.Sc in CS/IT from a recognized institution.Candidates possessing GATE scores 400 or more need not to sit in the entrance test.
MCA Any graduate passed with minimum 50% marks in graduation with Mathematics as one of the subjects either at graduation or 10+2 level.Should born on or after 1st July, 1994.
MCA (LE) Candidate passed or appearing graduation with minimum 50% marks in BCA,  B.Sc. (IT/Computer   Science/IST/ITM).Should be born on or after 1st July, 1994.
LL.M. Should passed B.A.LLB/BBA LLB/B.Sc.LLB/B.L, degree or an  equivalent  degree with at least 55% aggregate marks
M.Sc Nursing Candidate should be a registered Nurse or Registered midwife with any state Nursing Registration Council.Minimum educational qualification should be B.Sc.Nursing/B.Sc. Hons. Nursing/Post  Basic  B.Sc

Nursing with Minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

Ph.D Minimum qualification requirement is M.Tech/ME/MCA/MBA or an equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks Or M.Sc/MA/M.Com/LLM or an equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks.

  • Online application form of KIITEE 2018 has been released from 20th November 2017. It is must for the students to fill the application form in order to take the entrance exam.
  • The application form is remain open till 31st March 2018.
  • Candidates have to be very careful while filling the application form.
  • Before filling the form, candidates must keep a copy of class 10th mark sheet/passing certificate and two passport size photographs.
  • The application status can be checked after submission of application form by entering application number.

How to fill KIITEE Application form 2018?

Candidates have to follow the following steps to fill the application form of KIITEE 2018:

  • Select the course to apply.
  • Check the valid combinations and click on edit button, if want to add a course. If not, confirm the course.
    Take a print of the instruction sheet visible and keep all the other documents mentioned ready to upload.
  • Fill the details asked for in the KIITEE 2018 application form.
    After providing all the details, check them again and if satisfied, submit the details.
  • Upload photograph, signature and class X marks sheet in the prescribed format.
  • Once done, submit the form

Step 1: Select the course and confirm it

Candidates will have to select the course they want to apply for in KIITEE application form 2018 online. Once selected, candidates need to confirm the course as it will be visible with valid combinations. Candidates can edit their choice and if satisfied can confirm it.

Step 2: Keep documents ready and read the instructions

Before filling the application form of KIITEE 2018, candidates need to keep the following documents ready to be uploaded:

  • Print out of the instruction sheet as visible on the screen
  • Xerox copies of their class X marks sheet/ board certificate
  • Scan copy of class X marks sheet/ board certificate (in jpg format and size not more than 150 KB)
  • Scan copy of passport size color photograph only (in jpg format and size not more than 50 KB)
  • Scan copy of signature (in jpg format ans size not more than 50 KB)

Step 3: Fill the information required

Candidates need to fill the following information as required in the KIITEE 2018 application form:

A- Personal Details

  • Name of the candidate as mentioned in class X or equivalent certificate
  • Name of the father as mentioned in class X or equivalent certificate
  • Name of the mother
  • Date of birth as mentioned in class X or equivalent certificate. The format has to be (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Gender of the candidate
  • Nationality
  • Mobile number and email address*

*The mode of information by KIIT University will be through provided email address and mobile number therefore, the information should be correct and valid.

B- Center Options

Candidates need to select their preferred option from the list of examination centres given in Choice 1. They need to give their second choice of exam centre too.

Step 4 – Verify the information and submit

Check all the details provided and submit the KIITEE application form 2018. Once submitted, edit option will appear in case, candidates need to change any information, if not submit the application form. After final submission, candidates will be able to see their application number, full name, gender and date of birth. All this information has to be noted down by candidates for future reference.

Step 5 – Uploading of documents

Candidates will have to follow the steps given below to upload documents in the KIITEE 2018 application form :

  • Select the type of file to be uploaded which are photograph, signature, class X marks sheet
  • Browse the file in the desktop
  • Upload the documents in jpg format only and the size prescribed.

Step 6 – Take a print out

After uploading all the documents successfully and submit the application form of KIITEE 2018. Take a print out of the filled application form and keep it safely for future reference.

Note – Candidates will be able to check the status of their application form after 20 days.

KIITEE 2018 Re-login – Candidates can re-login to upload any of their documents which they have missed out on earlier.
