KCET Admit Card 2018 Released

KCET Admit Card 2018 has been released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) of Karnataka State on 6th April 2018. The admit card can be accessed through the online mode.The KCET admit card 2018 is available till April 15, only for those candidates who have successfully registered for the entrance exam. To download the admit card of KCET 2018, the candidates have to log in using their application number and date of birth. Karnataka Common Entrance Test is managed by the Karnataka University every year. It is also referred as Kar CET. KCET is a state level entrance exam for the candidates those seeking admission in the field of Engineering course. Admission to Architecture and Medical courses will be offered on the basis of NATA and NEET score respectively. KCET Admit Card 2018 – Released:

Candidates can download their admit card through online mode. Details such as candidates name & roll number, exam date & timing, exam center, etc is mentioned on the admit card. Without valid admit card no candidate will be allowed to sit in the examination hall. Admit cards cannot be sent through by post or any other means. Only those candidates can download their admit card who have paid their application fee on time. Candidates have to enter the application number and date of birth to get the admit card.

Note: For admission in medical and architecture course, no entrance test will be conducted. The admission will be allotted through NEET and NATA national level entrance exam result.

KCET Admit Card Date 2018:

The KCET admit card has been released from 6th April 2018. The KCET entrance exam will be conducted on 18th April (Biology & Mathematics) and 19th April (Physics & Chemistry). The result will be provided almost till the last week of May 2018. The ranks will be released along with the result on the website. Further the counselling will be conducted in the month of June 2018. The exam will be conducted in 54 places spread all over Karnataka state.

How to download KCET 2018 admit card/Hall Ticket?

  • Click on the KCET admit card 2018 download link in the KEA website, kea.kar.nic.in
  • Log-in to the portal using the following details:
    1. KCET 2018 application number
    2. Date of Birth
  • The admit card of KCET 2018 will be displayed on the screen
  • Download the KCET admit card / Hall ticket after checking the details mentioned on it.

  • Candidate’s name
  • Roll number
  • KCET 2018 application number
  • Name and address of the test centre
  • Date and time of the entrance exam
  • Photograph
  • Signature

Things to Carry Along with the KCET 2018 Admit Card:

The candidates will be required to carry the following items along with the admit card of KCET 2018 to the examination hall:

  • Valid Identity Card (Passport/Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/College Identity Card/12th Standard Admission Ticket/Bus Pass)
  • Two or Three Ball Point Pens

KCET Admit Card 2018 – Key Points

  • The Karnataka CET 2018 admit card is issued for all candidates who have filled the KCET 2018 application form correctly
  • KCET 2018 admit card/hall ticket is only issued in online mode. KEA will not send the KCET admit card to candidates by post, e-mail, or courier.
  • Before downloading the admit card of KCET 2018, the candidate must check the information displayed on it is legible and correct. Or else the candidate must get in touch with admission authorities.
  • Candidates must carefully preserve the KCET 2018 admit card until the completion of the admission process.

Guidelines for the Candidates:

  • The candidates will not be allowed to use calculators or log tables.
  • Any modern electronic equipments, gadgets, pagers, mobile phones, bluetooth, markers, white fluid, calculator, wireless sets, bits of paper, books/note and more will not be allowed inside the examination hall. No counter will be provided to keep all of the above-mentioned stuff.
  • Wristwatch will not be allowed inside the exam hall.
  • The candidates will not be allowed to appear at any exam centre other than the one allotted and mentioned in the hall ticket.
  • Version code/Serial Number will have to be entered in the OMR Answer sheet carefully after checking it in the question paper.
