HTET 2017 Results : Result for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2017, commonly known as HTET 2017 is likely to be released on 15 February 2018. As per the official notification of the exam, the HTET 2017 results were expected by end of January or in the first half of February 2018.

HTET / Haryana Teachers Eligibility Test

Candidates who have appeared for the examination can check their result at the official website as and when it is declared. HTET 2017 was organized by Board of School Education, Haryana had conducted HTET. Level 1 was conducted for primary teachers and level 2 was conducted for TGT teachers on 24 December 2017. HTET Level 3 examination was conducted on 23 December 2017.

This year the Board has made Aadhaar number mandatory for filling up online application form.

As of now, the official website is not responding.

After result declaration, candidates are suggested not to panic in case the official website is not responding. Due to multiple logins, it is obvious that the website may slow down. Results can be checked using roll numbers.

Before the exam, board had also released the list of candidates who had submitted incomplete applications; 300 candidates did not mention their mother’s name in the application form. The Board had asked the candidates to make the corrections at the earliest.

HTET Certificate, Eligibility, Cut Off Details

Haryana is the first state which introduced Teacher Eligibility Test in the year 2009. Every year, Board of School Education Haryana organize this state-level test to check the ability of candidates for the Teaching Jobs. Almost half a million candidates participate in this test each year.

There are Three Levels in this exam which are based on the type of teacher:

  • Level 1 for Primary Teacher (PRT)
  • Level 2 for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
  • Level 3 for Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

HTET Question Paper consists of 150 questions for 150 marks. One mark is awarded for each of the questions. There is no Negative Marking in HTET or any other state-level TET. HTET Level I Exam has been divided into 5 Sections which contains 30 questions each.

The questions in Level-II and Level-III paper comes from four different subjects. The whole of the paper is printed in both Hindi and English language except English subject.

HTET Cut Off (Qualifying Marks)

The Cut Off for All States Teacher Eligibility Tests also CTET is same. Candidates from General, OBC Categories need to secure at least 60% Marks (90 Marks out of 150) to be eligible. On the other hand, candidates from SC, PWD category need to get 55% Marks (82 Marks) to get the HTET Certificate.

The Certificate of Qualification is issued generally within 30 Days of the result announcement date. The validity of HTET Certificate is 5 Years. It means you need not to appear in HTET for next 5 years if you qualified it unless you want to improve your score.

  1. Open the official website
  2. From the middle of the site or the sidebar, find and click the HTET 2017 Results link particularly about Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
  3. Now, it’s time to submit your login details such as roll number, DOB, or application number etc.
  4. After entering the details, your HTET Result shall be displayed with detailed subject wise marks and the final status.
  5. You may further take the printout of it.

About HTET 2017

BSEH or HBSE as it is commonly called had conducted the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test, HTET in December 2017. The answer keys were accordingly released on the official website on January 15. OMR sheets for the candidates were made available from January 9, 2018. Candidates were given a window of 7 says from January 15 to January 22 to raise objections on the answer keys. The board would be releasing the results of the HTET 2017 December examination along with the final answer keys on the official website day after tomorrow. The date of February 15 was mentioned in the official note which was released at the time.

Important Instructions-

  1. The Certificate provided by the Education Board is valid for five years from the date of issue the qualifying certificate.
  2. There will be no restriction on the number of attempts.
  3. The applicants who have qualified in STET can also participate again to improve their marks.
