GMAT Paper Pattern
The test consists of three parts. Quantitative Section, Analytical Writing Assesment, Verbal Section. The GMAT Test begins from AWA Section.
- AWA (Analytical Writing Assesment): This section consists of one topic. The duration of this section is 30 minutes. Two writing tasks are included such as Analysis of an Argument and Analysis of an Issue. After AWA, there will be 10 minutes optional break.
- IR (Integrated Reasoning): The section consists of 12 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. The questions are related to Graphics Interpretation, Table Analysis, Multi source Reasoning, Two Part Analysis.
- Quantitative: The section contains 37 Multiple choice questions. The duration of the exam is 75 minutes. Questions are of two types. Data sufficiency & Problem-solving.
- Verbal: The section consists of 41 Multiple Choice Questions. Time allotted is 75 minutes. The questions are asked from these topics such as Sentence Correction, Critical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.
