DHE Odisha +3 first merit list released
DHE Odisha +3 first merit list: The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Odisha has released the first round selection merit list for DHE +3 admissions today, July 3 . The first merit list was released for admissions into DHE +3 for all Odisha colleges including self-financing (degree) colleges. The DHE Odisha Plus 3 merit list was released on the official website dheodisha.gov.in and samsodisha.gov.in. In the first phase 1,88,960 students will take admission including 1,14,331 art, 19, 753 commerce and 54,876 science.
The application process for the DHE +3 admissions began through a Common Application Form (CAF) from June 12, 2018 and ended on June 26, 2018. As many as 2.75 lakh applications have been received online for admission in 498 colleges across the state of which 1, 83, 278 applications have been received, official sources said. Selected candidates can take admission in colleges from July 4 to 7.
The admission for vacant seats for plus three courses will be done offline using common application forms. Admission for autonomous colleges has already been done. This year the government has introduced online payment for the admission process. Government waved off admission fees for students belonging to transgender category and persons with disabilities. The admissions for +2 have started and would close on July 5, 2018.
How to check DHE Odisha +3 first merit list?
- Log on to the official website: samsodisha.gov.in
- On the homepage, you will see DHE Odisha +3 merit list link, click on it
- A new page will appear on your screen
- In the drop-down menu select all the required fields like College Type, District, College, Stream and Subject
- Click on the Submit button
- The DHE +3 merit list will appear on the screen
- Check your name in the list
- Download and take printout for future use
The second phase merit list would be released on July 11 for which admission process will begin on July 12 and 13. The classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin from July 16. The merit list has been prepared on the basis of marks secured at the higher secondary (+2) examination out of the total marks, weightage and reservation.
