SSC CHSL 2019 Short Notice Released; Check detailed Notification release date & Exam dates

The Staff Selection Commission has released the short notice for the recruitment of the Combined Higher Secondary School (10+2) examination 2019. As per the notice released in the Employment News, the CHSL Examination 2018 in Computer Based examination Mode for the recruitment to various Posts starts from July 1, 2019 to July 26, 2019 (Tentative). The detailed notification of SSC CHSL 2019 recruitment will be released on March 5th, 2019 from the official website of SSC, https://ssc.nic.in.

The minimum eligibility criteria for the post of Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India is 12th Standard pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized Education Board or University. For all other posts like Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA), Court Clerk (CC), etc, the candidate must have passed Class 12th or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.

Important Dates: 

Application process for SSC CHSL Tier-I starting date: March 5, 2019

Application process for SSC CHSL Tier-I ending date: April 5, 2019

SSC CHSL Tier-I Computer Based Examination (CBE): July 1, 2019 to July 26, 2019

SSC CHSL Tier-II Exam: September 29, 2019 (DES)

Age Limit:

18-27 years (Age Relaxation for reserved category candidates as per govt. norms)

Selection Process for SSC CHSL 2019 Exam:

Candidates will be selected through the Online Computer Based Test. The examination will consist of a Computer Based Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Typing Test/ Skill Test (Tier-III). Candidates will be shortlisted for Tier-III Examination on the basis of their performance in (Tier-I + Tier-II) subject to having minimum score of 33% in Tier-II. Tier-III Examination i.e. Skill Test will be of qualifying type. The candidates who qualify Tier-III will be called for Document Verification
