RRB Recruitment 2019: Apply online for 1665 Ministerial & Isolated Posts

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the recruitment notification for 1665 Ministerial & Isolated posts on 08 March 2019. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts through online from the official website of RRBs. The application process started on March 8 for the posts of Junior Stenographer Hindi, English, Translator, Cooks, Welfare Inspector, Teacher, Law Assistant and other posts. The last date to apply for the post is 07 April 2019.

Examination Fees:

  • For SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex-S/ Women/ Transgender/ EBC/ Minorities: Rs.250/-

This fee of Rs 250/- shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in 1st Stage CBT.

  • For Others: Rs.500/-

Out of this fee of Rs 500/- an amount of Rs 400/- shall be refunded in due course duly deducting bank charges, on appearing in 1st Stage CBT

Modes of Payment of Fees:

a. ONLINE fee payment through internet banking or debit/credit cards or UPI.

b. OFFLINE fee payment through: –

  • SBI Challan Payment mode in any branch of SBI
  • Post Office Challan Payment mode in any branch of Computerised Post Office.

Selection Process:

There shall be a Single Stage Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Stenography Skill Test (SST)/Translation Test (TT)/Performance Test (PT)/Teaching Skill Test (TST) (as applicable) and document verification and medical examination thereafter. RRBs reserve the right to conduct the CBT in Single or multi stage mode.

Eligibility Criteria for RRB MI Recruitment 2019:

Educational Qualification:

Name of Post Qualification
Junior Stenographer / Hindi 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University. The shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with transcription time of 65 minutes.
Junior Stenographer / English 10+2 or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board/University. The shorthand speed of 80 words per minute for a duration of 10 minutes with transcription time of 50 minutes
Junior Translator/ Hindi Master’s Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level
Staff And Welfare Inspector Graduation + any one of the following qualifications: Diploma in Labour Welfare / Social Welfare or LLB with Labour Laws

OR

Diploma in Labour Laws.

Chief Law Assistant A University Degree in Law with 3-year’s standing practice as a pleader at Bar.
Lab Assistant Grade III Chemist And Metallurgist 10+2 or it’s equivalent with Science (Physics and Chemistry) as subjects or its equivalent. And

Diploma/Certificate in Lab. Technology from recognized Board/ Institute.

Finger Print Examiner 10+2 or it’s equivalent from a recognized Board. And

A Certificate issued by the All India Board for Examination of Finger Print Experts conducted by the Govt. of India.

Head Cook 10+2 or it’s equivalent from a recognized Board with Craftsmanship in Cookery from a recognized Institute.
Cook 10+2 or it’s equivalent from a recognized Board with Craftsmanship in Cookery from a recognized Institute.
Senior Publicity Inspector Degree from recognized University and Diploma in Public Relations / Advertising / Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized institution / University.
Publicity Inspector Degree from recognized University and Diploma in Public Relations / Advertising / Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized Institution / University
Photographer 10+2 or its equivalent. Diploma in Photography/Digital photography/videography from a recognized/reputed institute in India and Diploma certificate in Computer Aided photo/video editing from a recognized reputed institute.
Post Graduate Teacher / Biology (English Medium) (Male) (A) 2 – years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in Biology.

OR

Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in Botany / Zoology / Life Sciences / Bio Sciences / Genetics / Micro Biology / Bio-Technology / Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation level.

(B) B.Ed. or equivalent Degree from recognized University.

Post Graduate Teacher / English (Male) (A) Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in English.

Graduation with Hindi with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).

Trained Graduate Teacher / Social Science (Female) Graduation with Social Science and 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Graduation with Social Science with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

Physical Training Instructor (English Medium) (Male) (i) Graduate from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical Training from a recognized Institution.

B.P.Ed. from a recognized University and 10+2 or it’s equivalent from recognized Board.

Physical Training Instructor (English Medium) (Female)
Assistant Mistress (Junior School) 10+2 or it’s equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 -years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR

Graduation and 2 -years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).

Music Mistress B.A. Degree with Music, as one of the subjects from a recognized University
Dance Mistress Degree in Dance from a recognized University (4-years Course).

Diploma in Dance from a recognized Institution (5-years).

Laboratory Assistant/school 10+2 or it’s equivalent with Science and 1-year experience in Pathological & Bio-Chemical Laboratory.

How to apply for RRB MI Recruitment 2019?

1. Candidates can apply for the notified posts of any one RRB only as per their eligibility through ONLINE application mode by visiting the official website of RRBs

2. Select the RRB to which you wish to apply. Please be aware that, RRB once selected cannot be changed after the preliminary registration is completed and Registration number is allotted.

3. Confirm that you have read and understood the instructions clearly by clicking the check box. Click on the “New Registration”

4. Select your Qualification, Community, DOB and PWD status and click the “Check Availability” button to view the list of posts applicable for you in the RRB you selected and also in other RRBs.

5. Click the “Apply” URL to proceed with registration process.

6. Confirm that you have read and understood the instructions clearly by clicking the check box and click on the “Submit” button.

8. Verify the details through OTP

9. Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” link on the home page using the registration number.

10. Enter details of Educational Qualification, Community i.e. UR/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, Gender, Religion, Ex SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details.

11. Pay the fees and enter Bank Account Details

13. Upload photograph and signature (and caste certificates).

14. After confirming the declaration and submission of the application, the candidate may save the file as “PDF” and/or take print of the application for future use
