The High Court of Madras has invited applications for the recruitment of Computer Operator, Typist, Assistant, Reader/Examiner and Xerox Operator posts. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website, www.mhc.tn.gov.in from July 01, 2019 to July 31, 2019. Candidates should note that the applications submitted through https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in will alone be accepted. Applications submitted through any other mode viz., by post, courier, RPAD, e-mail hand delivery etc., will not be entertained by the court.

Note: After submission of application, the applicant who is not exempted from payment of fee shall take printout of ‘Challan that is generated and remit the requisite fees along with service charges levied by the “Indian Bank” before the last date prescribed for remittance of fee, at any branch of Indian Bank. The branch concerned will retain the Bank Copy of the ‘Challan  and return the “Applicant Copy and High Court’s Copy” to the applicant, which shall be retained by the applicant and cited for all future references/disputes regarding the payment of fee.

 

Madras High Court Recruitment 2019 – Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Computer Operator:

Any Bachelor degree in Computer Science /Computer Applications from a recognized University of Indian Union in 10+2+3 or 11+ 1+3 pattern, or any Bachelor Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine or any other discipline of a Recognised University in Indian Union, in 10 + 2 + 3 or 11 + 1 + 3 pattern, with a Diploma in Computer Applications from any recognized University . Any Institute recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, and must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting in English and Tamil by Higher Grade

Typist:

a) Any Bachelor Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other discipline of a Recognised University in Indian Union, in 10+2+3 or 11+ 1+3 pattern. b) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting by the Higher Grade in Tamil and English. c) Must have passed the Certificate Course in Computer on Office Automation, conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education.

Assistant:

Any Bachelor Degree m Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other discipline of a recognised University in Indian Union, in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern. Preference will be given to the candidates having qualification in ‘Computer on Office Automation’ conducted by the Director 0 Technical Education or any other Diploma Degree Course in Computer from a recognized University in the Indian Union.

Reader / Examiner:

Any Bachelor Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other discipline of a recognised University in Indian union, in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern.

Xerox Operator:

Any Bachelor Degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine, or any other discipline of a recognised University in Indian union, in 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern.

Age Limit:

3. For In-Service candidates [“In Service candidate” means – Full time member or approved / unapproved probationer of the Madras High Court Service or Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service or the Person appointed and continuing m service as “Co- Terminus” employee in the Madras High Court Service as on the date of publication of this Notification. ] 18 Years 45 Years

 

Candidates should not have been born after 01.07.2001 and should not have been born before:

(a) 02.07.1984 (in case of reserved categories viz. SC / SC(A) / ST / MBC&DC I BC / BCM)

(b) 02.07.1989 (in case of ‘Others’ i.e., unreserved category candidates. / Candidates from other States / Union Territories)

(c) 02.07.1974 (in case of ‘In-service’ candidates)

Madras High Court Recruitment 2019 – Salary details:

Computer Operator – Rs.20,600 – 65,500/- (Level – 10)

Typist – Rs.19,500 – 62,000/- (Level – 8)

Assistant – Rs.20,000 – 63,600/- (Level – 9)

Reader / Examiner – Rs.19,500 – 62,000/- (Level – 8)

Xerox Operator – Rs.16,600 – 52,400/- (Level-3)
