The Commission invites online application forms from the eligible candidates for recruitment to 524 posts of Assistant Professor (College Cadre) in Higher Education
Department, Haryana. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for this post through online from the official website, hpsc.gov.in or hpsconline.in. Candidates can apply online from 15.03.2019 to 15.04.2019.

Application Fees:

For Male Candidates of General /ESP/ Dependent ESM of Haryana/DFF and Male candidates of all reserved categories of other States – Rs. 500/-(five Hundred only)

For Male Candidates of SC / BCA/BCB / Ex-Servicemen of Haryana and women candidates of all categories throughout the Country – Rs. 125/- (One hundred twenty five only)

Person with disabilities of Haryana (with at least 40% disability) – Exempted

How to apply for HPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2019?

1. Please read complete instruction of advertisement available under ” Advertisement & Instruction “menu of HPSC portal i.e. on www.hpsc.gov.in and www.hpsconline.in before applying for the post on HPSC online portal for all post advertised by HPSC.

2.Candidates can apply ‘ON-LINE’ through HPSC website http://hpsc.gov.in or http://hpsconline.in w.e.f. 15-03-2019 to 15-04-2019 upto 05:00 PM . The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form.

3. After applying online your registration no. and password will be generated. You should take print out of the registration no. and password for fee payment, printing of online filled application form and downloading of admit card for examination /interview etc. You are advised to keep the registration number & password for your record & future references use.

4. After Completion of online form you need to pay fee for the applied post by clicking on Pay fee link. After clicking online fee link you need to login by using your Registration No. and password/DOB for payment of fees.

5.Your application will be submitted to HPSC online portal only after confirmation of your fee payment. HPSC is not responsible for any type of failure of you online fee payment by any means like internet connection issue, low internet speed, use of mobile internet for fee payment, payment gateway failure etc. Candidates are advised to pay fee till the confirmation of his/her fee to HPSC online portal using proper high speed internet connection and browser.

6. Instructions for Online Fee payment and Fee Confirmation:

Special Note. Please use latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox 17.0+ and Window 7 and above operating systems to fill the online Application form and fee payment. Also use the Broadband or 4G internet connection to avoid fee payment failure :

6.1. The fee payment is only through online mode and you can pay fee using any type of debit/credit card and online banking mode.

6.2. While paying online fee, you will be redirected to online payment Gateway of Haryana treasury i.e. https://egrashry.nic.in and a GRN Number will be allotted to you. Before proceeding next, please note down you GRN No. and check fee amount and other details.

7. You can have three kind of status of online fee payment, which are:-

7.1. If your fee payment is successful, you can take printout of filled application form immediately after successful receipt of fee payment.

7.2. If your fee payment is failure, you will have to pay fee again and again till successful confirmation of fee receipt.

7.3. If your fee is deducted from your account but fee successful receipt is not generated, please kindly check your fee status on Haryana Treasury site (link- https://egrashry.nic.in/GetGRNStatus.aspx) by using your GRN No. allotted to you on redirection of payment gateway. If it shows status of your fee as ‘Pending’, then you have to wait for 5 working days for confirmation of you fee and updation on HPSC online portal. After five working days, kindly check if you fee status is ‘Successful’. If yes, then you can take printout of your filled application form. If your fee status is ‘Failed’, then you are supposed to pay fee again till successful confirmation of fee receipt.

8. After successful payment of fee, candidates are advised to retain printed/Hard copy of their online application form for submission to the Commission, as and when it is sought from the candidates in future.
