Will ACP scheme will be allowed upto the date 19 May 2009

Question

My ACP was due on 1st May 2009.But not given due to retrospective effect of MACP 1 sep 2008.The order for implementation of MACP came on 19 May 2009,by the time I became eligible for ACP.shall I get ACP as before the order to implement MACP I was eligible for ACP

    I think you have got MACP from 1-9-2008 again ACP on 1-5-2009 cannot be given. Already you got 9 months yearlier higer pay.

      But it’s disadvantageous.I will refund the amount.After waiting for 11 yrs 4 months to get ACP which is next to 4000-6000.Merely for shortage of 8 months,my long dream’could not cherish

    MACP is disadvantageous for me.If I get ACP then I will be upgraded to next pay scale in promotional hiearchy.Instead grade pay of 2800 it will be 4200 on 1st MACP

    Since MACP Scheme starts previous ACP scheme abolished from 1-9-2008. It cannot be given.

    What about the order date? It came on 19.05.2009.By the time I have become eligible for ACP on 18 May 2009.

      It is mentioned in that order previous ACP scheme was abolished from 1-8-2008. While pay fixation amount given to you at that the time of due drawn statement it was adjusted. You can see it in your service book entries.
