NFUG

Question

I got promotion in the GP-5400 (GP ‘A’ entry) on 30th Dec 2014. After regular service of 4 years, I have to get GP-6600 on 30th Dec 2018 as per NFUG. But no info from our dept reg this till date. Can anybody tell what NFUG rules say?

In my opinion the rules was not for entry A grade refreshers. It was already servicing employees of previous those came promoted from GP to 4800 to 5400, because there are two matrix levels in GP 5400 of pay scales in 6th CPC.

I read ur answer. I have been promoted from GP-4800 to GP-5400 (PB-3) (GP ‘A’ entry) in December 2014. I am going to complete 5 years of regular service in December 2019. For NFUG, 4 years of regular service is required. But why my department is not taking up my case for NFUG?
