    GOVT EMPLOYEES ARE SUPPOSE TO INTIMATE HIS LIKELY SAVINGS, INVESTMENT, DETAILS OF IT EXEMPTED INCOME ETC AT THE BEGINNING OF FINANCIAL YEAR TO THE EMPLOYER SO THAT EMPLOYER CAN CALCULATE IT LIABILITY FOR COMPLETE FINANCIAL YEAR AND DEDUCT IT ON PRO RATA BASIS MONTHLY FROM SALARY.
