The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be releasing the recorded responses and answer keys for National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) 2017 today, December 12 on the official website, the link for which is cbsenet.nic.in.
According to official notice, the recorded responses, answer keys for the exam will be available on the official website from December 12 to December 18.

Steps to check CBSE UGC NET answer keys 2017:
- Go to the official website, cbsenet.nic.in
- Click on the answer keys link
- Enter all the required details in the prescribed format
- Click to submit
- Answer keys will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take a print out of the same.
This year, the exam was conducted on November 5 in 91 cities at 1700 exam centres across the nation. Speaking to India Today Education, students who have come to appear for the UGC NET 2017 examination at Modern Public School, Karkardooma (New Delhi) said that the overall difficulty of the paper was moderate.
While some students found Paper I, Paper II moderate and Paper III difficult. They also added nothing came out of the syllabus.
The CBSE UGC NET exam is conducted for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor both in Indian Universities and Colleges.
The challenges submitted by post or in person will not be accepted. The prescribed fee of Rs. 1000/- per recorded response challenged will be required to be submitted through Credit/Debit Card only upto 18/12/2017(11:59 PM). Similarly, there is also provision for
candidates to challenge the answer keys through the link available on the website cbsenet.nic.in from 12/12/2017 to 18/12/2017(11:59 PM). A fee of Rs.1000/- per question will be required to be submitted through credit/debit card.
The fee once paid is non refundable. If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if the recorded response is not the same as marked by the candidate on OMR sheet, correction will be done and the fee will be refunded.
In case, any registered candidate does not submit the challenge by the prescribed date and time, it will be presumed that his/her recorded response is the same as marked on OMR sheet. Similarly, if the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if any mistake is noticed by the subject experts in the answer key, a policy decision will be notified on the website and the fee shall be refunded. The refund (if any) will be transferred online to the concerned credit/debit card account so, the candidates are advised to pay from their own credit/debit card. CBSE’s decision on the challenges shall
be final and no further communication will be entertained.

UGC (University Grants Commission) is a statutory organisation established by the union government in 1956. Its main objective is to provide recognition to the Indian universities and provide funds to such recognised universities and colleges.
