Civilian employees of Indian Navy who are eligible for Productivity Linked Bonus will get 40 days wages as Bonus for 2014-15. Group B. (non=gazetted) C and D employees and the casual labourers will be eligible for this Bonus. The calculation ceiling of Rs. 3500/- (3500×40/40/30.4) .
Pension of Pre-2006 Pensioners has been revised with effect from 1st January 2006 on the basis of revised concordance table released in OM dated 28.01.2013. Now, CPAO clarifies that no revision will be allowed for pensioners who are in receipt of Lump sum pension
