TN State Pensioners to get revised DA with effect from 01.07.2015. Tamilnadu Government has issued an order raising the DA from 113% to 119%. While arriving at the revised Dearness Allowance, fraction of a rupee shall be rounded off to the next higher rupee if such fraction is 50 paise and above and shall be ignored if it is less than 50 paise.

Finance Ministry recently issued order for revised DA from July 2015 to 119% for employees who are presently getting 6th CPC Pay. In respect of Central Govt and Central Autonomous Bodies employees who draw their pay in the pre-revised scale as per 5th CPC is revised now to 234%
Govt of Karnataka has revised the DA from 28.75% to 32.5% of Basic pay with effect from 1st July, 2015 to all State Government employees, Zilla Panchayat employees and Pensioners/Family’ Pensioners who were drawing pay in the UGC/AICTE/ICAR scales of pay.
