Central Administrative Tribunal (Salaries, Allowances and Conditions of Service of the Officers and Employees) Rules, 2015 – Notification
CAT, Jabalpur Bench ordered that no recovery of excess payment can be made from retired employees who are due to retire within one year of the order of recovery. Excess salary paid could not be recovered after retirement since such recovery is not in accordance with law.
