The Staff side had demand of minimum wage of Rs 26000/- & fitment formula of 3.71 against 7th CPC recommendation of Rs 18000/- & fitment formula of 2.57.
INDWF decided to servie Strike notice on 09.06.2016 and to go on Indefinite Strike w.e.f. 11.07.2016, as Empowered Committee is not willing to negotiate with Staff Side to discuss the charter of Demands
Staff Side insisted that report should be accepted as it is, but at the same time it was told to Official Side that, any proposition or module which can be implemented without availability of record can also be considered by the Staff Side
In the case of upgraded grade pay that has been granted now to certain cadres / posts, the new basic pay will be computed using the upgraded grade pay. This new basic pay will be multiplied with 2.57. New 7CPC will be corresponding to this BP multiplied with 2.57 and level corresponding to higher grade pay in the Pay Matrix.
