This is what Jessica Cox, a 27 year old girl from Tucson, Arizona, United States says in her website rightfooted.com
"Hello, my name is Jessica Cox. I am an international keynote speaker. Unlike most people, I was born without arms. I live a normal life using my feet the way other people use their hands. I drive with my feet. I was the first person without arms to get a black-belt in the American Tae Kwon-Do Association and the first pilot in aviation history to fly with feet. I am convinced that how we react has a greater impact on our lives than our physical constraints"
Jessica Cox suffered a rare birth defect and was born without any arms. But this physical impediment could not stop her leading a normal life. She got graduated in psychology discipline. She can write, type, drive a car, brush her hair and talk on her phone simply using her feet. is also a former dancer and double black belt in Tai Kwon-Do. She can type 25 words a minute. And now she flies. She got the Sport Pilot certificate lately and became the first pilot licensed to fly using only her feet.
Jessica Cox was honored in US Government in Washington D.C. in the year 2010 in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Click here for more details

Ultimately, she shows us how to face challenges in life. It looks to me like she stands out and says
“Obstacles are things a person sees when he takes his eyes off his goal”
