In continuation of this office Memorandum dated 04.03.2016 & as per Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Dte. General of CGHS (Hospital Empanelment Cell), Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi’s letter No. S.11045/36/2012-CGHS(HEC) Pt.I dated 06.10.1015, it is notified that the under mentioned HCO’s included in the existing list of empanelled hospitals for CGHS Chandingarh upto 16.11.2017 as per terms and conditions as stated in O.M. dated 17.11.2014:-
