New Delhi, the 3rd May, 2017
9. Regulation of increments in the Pay Matrix.– The increment shall be as specified in the vertical Cells of the applicable Level in the Pay Matrix.

A Naik in the Basic Pay of Rs. 29,600/– in Level 4 will move vertically down the Cells in the same Level and on grant of increment, his Basic Pay will be Rs. 30500/–. |
