Kerala Board has been successfully conducted Kerala TET for Category I, II, III, and IV on 15th December 2017. The Kerala TET 2017 held on December 28 and 30, 2017. Un-Official answer keys are already released and available on this page. The official answer key for the examination will be released few days after the examination. The conducting body will upload the KTET December Answer Key 2017 at the official website, keralapareekshabhavan.in, but the direct link to download it will also be provided on this page. With the help of the KTET solution key, the candidates will be able to estimate their score in the examination.

The conducting body will release the answer key category wise, as shown below.

These answer key will be released as a pdf file. In a single pdf, the answers for Set A, B, C, and D will be given. The candidates who will find it difficult to download it from the official website may follow the steps below.

Challenge KTET Answer Key 2017

For the examination held last time, the candidates had the opportunity to challenge the answer key of KTET. It is expected that even this time, the candidates will be able to do so. The candidates will have to submit the objections to Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, in writing. These objections were to be submitted within 5 working days from the date of answer key release. A supporting document is to be submitted along with the objection, else it will not be considered. The objections will be evaluated by a panel, which will then make the required changes in the KTET answer key.

Significance and Usage of Kerala TET Answer Key 2017

The KTET answer key is an important resource for candidates who appear in the exam. Using the key, one can get an idea of the number of questions he/she has attempted correctly. To know how much marks you have scored in the exam, please calculate your score as follows:

  • 1 mark is awarded for correct answers
  • No negative marking. Incorrect answers fetch zero (0) marks.

The KTET Paper I contains 150 questions of 150 marks in all. KTET Paper II also contains 150 questions of 150 marks. The answer key of KTET 2017 contains all the questions and answers. As the paper contains objective type questions, the Kerala TET 2017 answer key have answer indicated as a correct option. If you have marked the correct option in your answer sheet, you will get marks accordingly. If your total marks are more than the qualifying marks, you will be said to have qualified KTET.

KTET Qualifying Marks and Result

Kerala TET 2017 Qualifying Marks are the minimum marks required to be determined as qualified. To qualify for the KTET exam, you must get at least 60% marks. Relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates.

KTET Result will also be announced on the official website. Like the KTET Answer Key, it will not be announced through a pdf. Instead, it will be declared through a login. To access the login, candidates will need Category, Roll Number, and Date of Birth details.
